Badges don't feel well balanced. Played through three times about 12 minutes each, and I already have the hard badge for hogglesworth but do not have 100 coins collected. Part of that is on me because I didn't go for the garbage cans the first run and only got 2, but I got around 30-40 the next two runs.
I feel like Frog was easiest to Evolve. It took me a while to figure out how to evolve, but Once you've unlocked dungeons, you can click on the Pets interface, then click on "Dungeon" on the right side after selecting a pet, and it tells you how to evolve.
Getting the max cash achievement is worse than the 100,000 Dates. I did some directional math and getting to the max cash achievement would take 472 days at max reset bonus with max job earnings with all jobs active...Getting the impossible badge is stupid.
Most of the Adventure mode levels I finished in like 150-700 moves... there were two that were 1000 and 1400... I could NOT get A-29 to work for me for the longest time... lol embarrassingly so. over 3000 moves :D... I hope level 30 isn't that bad...
Lol I never bought a foot soldier besides the spy, so I just decided to try to do the last level with only a maxed Rifle... Thank goodness I invested in 5 medkits... lol I succeeded, but needed every single one. I was very sad when my two helicopters couldn't fit through that little gap to help get the gold medal...
I don't think I can ever like a game where I sink time and gain nothing out of it cumulatively to the point where I can improve my standings the more I play. I am fine if I cap out because at some point games would be silly if they were ALL purely grind to win, but this game is just not my type. I hate the thought of "wasting" an hour just to die at the end.
I am not a huge fan of the steal move. I can't help but to do it at every opportunity and I can't help wondering why you cant just steal from their dead body. Also, due to the first game, I am expecting every boss to have a second wind...
I didn't find the timed fire puzzles hard at all. Maybe it's because I used the keyboard instead of a mouse (making sure to turn the sprint on 100% of the time).
I don't understand how all of these high scores listed are over 1800 when that's the score it is when it starts... Regardless, this is not too bad to get once you limit yourself on fishermen and don't waste money on upgrades that give you poor returns. I only had 2 fishermen, 6 woodcutters, 5 trees, and 4 gatherers. I think I stopped upgrading the home after I spent 2000 or 3000 and was still able to get 1000 in score. I only upgraded the Dragon once per wave after the wave was spawned.
Thank you so much! Sorry about the high scores, I am also not sure how people manage to create such impossible numbers... Exploiting some bugs or simply hacking :-/
It was interesting to discover that the skills can be disabled, and any skill unlocked can be turned on; you don't have to have all the previous skills in the same row enabled.
I found this game significantly easier once I muted it. The notes of the song don't tie out to the arrows/letters you have to hit very well, which I think is ultimately more harmful than helpful.
This medium badge is ridiculous... Firstly, I have to wait over many hours to even get opportunities to attempt it. Secondly, and more importantly, there are so many people I play against going for the dang bounties that have epic and legendary cards... I shouldn't have to spend so much time for a medium badge. It's not fair that people can pay money to be so significantly superior on a competitive level.
