It's really annoying how you can't choose the colour you want, when you want it. You end up firing 10+ of the wrong colour off the screen till you get what you need, then you miss and have to fire another 10+ off the screen. So, if you had like, a button or something to do this, I'd give this game a 5/5.
When your ship starts to move at fast-ish speed and you hit (even if you just skim past) another ship, your ship shoots off at a tangent and because of how bad the handling and speed control is, it's very hard to get back on track. The game is also quite slow (perhaps it's my piece-of-sh*t laptop?) and on timed missions, the ship isn't moving (or it's moving quite jittery while the time flows normally. It often takes the game a while to load too.
The crew feature is really nice, would be good if you could upgrade your ship to accomodate more crew members or something? Other than that, the graphics, sound and overall game-play is pretty damn good. Kinda resembles SteamBirds, another favourite of mine! 4/5 jus now but getting this game updated and it'd be 5/5 across the board. Great job, looking forward to the updates!
Is it stale-mate if the opponent still has a useable peice left? In this case I had the computer in 'stale-mate' (because the King was unable to move without being in check) but the computer still had a useable Knight left, yet it was still game over due to 'stale-mate'. Also, If I 'kill' said Knight it also results in an automatic stale-mate. The game itself is pretty good. The animation scenes get in the way sometimes it would be good if there was a button to turn them on and off. The rules need to be sorted a little but other than that, it's a good game. 4/5.
I think it'd be better if you got to customise your fleet of planes instead of the pre-determined traits. I suppose that makes it harder though. Great sound/graphics and a great game overall.
