I gave it a 2.
It has potential, but it's certainly not worth playing long enough to even get the 5pt badge. Car control is atrocious and AI is hardly there. Checkpoints are far too lenient and there's no incentive to drive on the path. The game is repetitive ad nauseum.
It could be good with small tweaks, but it would take a LOT of small tweaks.
