Tournament/arena area where you fight against NPC "players", with pets. Could enter different brackets based on CP and make player pay a hefty entrance fee. Make prize rare equips/pets, or even a title.
Add a AP multiplier in the Special shop. At first purchase, you'll get a 1% chance to have an extra AP every time you level. every purchase after that, make it give .5 or so % added to the multiplier.
Add more balanced titles that benefit certain play styles, but have appropiate drawbacks. For example, a really heavily melee based title, with HP/attack bonuses, should have a decent tax on MP/magic ability.
Once you reach Blacksmithing Lv9, you should be able to actually start crafting items. Get supplies needed for blacksmithing from either rare drop, or melting down equipment in inventory?
Have the ability to pick which rarity, type of equipment, etc. and adjust the supplies required and % of success accordingly.
Ability to fuse/mate pets of a similar race. Attack/defence mix would be melee-balance, magic/attack would be attack, etc. you could even make it as far as to be able to establish a pedigree of pets, eventually mixing the best traits of all pets you acquire.
Equipment for pets. Make it retardedly expensive, or really rare region boss drop.

You can get ALL of the upgrades besides the two at the bottom by clicking and holding on the upgrade button, moving the mouse away, and releasing the click.
I beat the game twice. First by curing zombism, then clicking "Continue Playing" then I made a constitution. I AM GOING TO KEEP GOING UNTIL I MAKE MY CITY ZOMBIE FREE!
This game plays like a rip-off of "Limbo" off of XBLA (xbox live arcade), but is still amazing. pretty much a flash counterpart to some of the best games of our time
