@DarkMidget597 I had this same problem. Here's how to fix it for google chrome and firefox. Go to your firefox folder, find the plugins subdirectory. Cut-Paste all of the .dll files except for npdeployJava1.dll and put them in another folder for later. Now go to the webpage in firefox or chrome, and hit install. It should work this time. If it does, paste all of the .dlls back into the folder.
