5/5, though maybe you would consider adding in an option to disable money drops since in the later levels all of the coins obscure the bullets and I finder it much harder to see past the gold rain and explosions everywhere.
Certainly not something I could sit here and play for hours, but for the short time I played, I found it to be very fun and entertaining. Very pixel-y, and the soundtrack wasn't half bad either. 4/5 :D
Fun, but the controls were very hard to use, especially the jump. I found myself dying a lot because a certain toby couldn't jump after hookshotting for at least a second, enough time for the bricks to crumble and fall to my demise. Excellent game idea, fun and addictive, though it could benefit from more crisp controls.
Was kinda fun, until I left the tutorial and was washed over by lag spikes strong enough to knock out a fully grown elephant. Decent game and whatnot, but quality toggle makes on difference on my machine.
This may be a long comment: Fair warning. I absolutely LOVE this game. From the first few seconds onwards. The game itself is very streamlined. No real 'hit box' excuses or 'laggy graphics' to blame a loss on. If you lose, you lost by your own fault. That is a very good element to a game that I love to see. On the subject of graphics, they weren't super intensive, and they didn't need to be. Not going out of your way to needless spiff up the hexagonal blocks coming inwards was doing us the favor of having such petty distractions that would be ultimately pointless. Simple, straightforward, and easy to grasp. The entire gameplay to this is extraordinarily easy to understand; easy controls, clear and concise game objectives, and even the level system contributed to that aspect. The fun in the game is testing yourself, trying to reach that ever so elusive goal, and in the process, improving. It's not about how far you initially make it, but how much you can grow from your experiences.
Great game! Had fun going through it despite losing the first time. The difficulty ramp wasn't all that bad once I had the game figured out. Good clean controls, kickin' soundtrack, and a fun idea. 5/5
Less music loop, maybe add in some sort of transition between in game and upgrade menu music. SOMETHING. The penguin AI is terrible. I lose more often than not because 3+ penguins get stuck on random obstacles and die. Needs a lot of improvement, but can be made better. 2/5
Game was relatively easy until level 45 or so where it went went from a joyride to bashing my head against the wall repeatedly. Made it to 49 before simply turning in for the night out of frustration. Other than the very sporadic jump from 'time a a turn' to 'time turns around 5+ moving objects with super sensitive controls' ALl in all, love the concept, loved the execution. Despite my frustration, I have little issue giving this 5/5
Sorry the game pic reminds of a homosexual goku inbred with a pinecone. 1/5, which I feel is more than that picture deserves, unfortunately, I can't rate any lower. I've had more fun on the cooking games, have a nice day.
To be fair, what this game did contain was consistency. IF being consistent makes a game less complicated, and overly complicated games are not fun, THEN this game is fun. IF the game is fun, THEN a sequel will be made, and IF a sequel is made THEN I will not be sad. 5/5 for actually making me use my brain for some of those puzzles by using sequential logic rather than generic click f*%&ing everywhere ambiguity. Keep up the good work :D
Few suggestions. First, improve hit detection. More often than not i found myself being shrugged off of an enemies head when I should have bounced, and then find myself knocked clean out of the air because a bird launched eggs in my general direction. Other than that, very entertaining. Great game, hope you do improve on it a bit.
Nice game. The controls may not be perfect, and the graphics may not be the best, but it was a entertaining game and really challenged me to think outside of the box. I enjoyed what time I spent playing the game. Hint: Try moving each little block around and see how it works with the blocks around it. That's what moved me along.
Interesting bug. Made it past level 5. Then it skipped me all the way the the boss fight. Fun! Wonder if I can actually win with my mower with only like 3 upgrades.
Yeah, zombies! What did you think they would look like? At least you got to shoot them :P
