Maybe you should add few vehicles, not alot but a few and can be used for maps, but a limit of 6 each vehicle, unless it's something powerful like a tank, maybe you could make it so you spawn 4 tanks, 6 jeeps maybe, and also I agree with Shadow on the water piece, and water slows you down some what.
