Beta, ACTA has been passed, now it's going through whatever steps necessary to become law, and this won't happen to every game, unless the games are a direct theft of an original copyrighted or trademarked game, people don't even understand what the bill does, ACTA is quite vague, and the impact it could have isn't fully known, though I'm expecting it to be minuscule.
