Really fun game. You manage to pull off Metroidvania-style gameplay without it feeling like it, and the gameplay is incredibly solid, even though aiming takes a little getting used to. Perhaps in future games, shore up the storyline a little as well, maybe giving backstory to connect us to the character. Also, I love your hidden room.
I liked it. Definitely 5/5. Cute concept, with a nice, fun slow pace that won't alienate beginning typists. Of course, you're probably going to have some very fast typists on Kongregate, so don't let their comments about it being too easy get you down. Could have used a touch more story, though.
What.. what happened? The last thing I remember, I was stuck on the last level, then the next thing I know, I'm looking at a screen that said how long it took me and how many times I died...
Just completed level 8 in 2 shots. Bounced a bullet off of the bottom platform and it hit the barrel, causing the glass to break and dropping bacon to safety while I took out the upper guy. tl;dr I control the horizontal and the vertical.
Great game, 5/5, but I wish it wasn't so laggy with the fire parts. Also, there was a slight glitch on a couple of the levels where when you set the enemies on fire, they'd start changing from the different looks of zombies until they exploded.
I like the Sieger series, if you can call two games a series, but the level pack didn't feel... level packy-ey, I suppose. The original game shows the player the ropes; the level pack challenges the seasoned players with new and more difficult content. 4/5
I just headshot a ladybug by dropping the nuke. I feel that's a bit redundant, lol. Also, boo on roaches surviving the nuke. Totally inaccurate. I'd give it a 4 1/2 if I could because I got headshots on segmented enemies. This wouldn't bother me if I could consistently do it, but I got those headshots on accident and couldn't repeat it by trying. So a 5/5 you get.
Agreed with most comments, too easy. I love the addition of the purples, who definitely pose more of a challenge, but the last level was indeed too easy to beat. I hardly knew it was the last level. Like the last level of TW1, I knew it was the last because it just seemed like it was for fun to celebrate beating that f***ing next to last level. I also miss the level titles, but that's just personal.
Aaaargh!!! No way.
