A live lived in servitude is a life without colour, but a life lived alone is a life without definition. We are defined by the things we do and the people we help, By 'Thinking of others' Or serving them if you will. But if we dedicate ourselves entirely to them, we sacrifice our own happiness and the enjoyment we get out of life.
It is a matter of Responsibility vs. Desire. Do what you want, or do what you have to.
