An opponent should only win that which he bet. For instance, if I have 500, opponent 1 has 500, and opponent 2 has 100, and we all bet everything, the most opponent 2 could take is 300 (100 from each opponent, matching their 100 bet). The remainder goes to whoever has the 2nd highest hand.
Something's wrong somewhere. It's crashing for me as well, and I've tried it in the latest versions of IE, Firefox, Chrome and Opera, running on Vista. All have the latest versions of Flash and Shockwave installed.
