I'm down to a few supplies and my trusty magical cowboy hat which makes people trust and listen to me. I'm so tired, but I have to make it to the very-likely abandoned city filled with thousands upon thousands of zombies waiting to eat my flesh before nightfall.
I've always loved Monster's Den, but this one just blew it out of the water. Everything about it is an improvement. I would have to say, however, that my favorite new feature, is the action bars. They really take the turn-based feel out of the game, and make it even more playable. On the other-hand, I found that the entire game is a bit more confusing than any of the other two. But, with a little bit of extra time, I feel anyone could get the hang of it. Overall, a wonderful game, which I would give a well-deserved 4.75 out of 5. Thanks a lot, garin. Now I'm going to get even less schoolwork done. Bastard...
After so many years, it finally happened. And it did not disappoint. I have to say, my favorite thing about it so far is the action bar feature. It really takes away the turn-based feeling of the game, which I really don't like. However, I also feel that the combat is a bit more confusing and difficult than in previous games. Not so much that it makes the game un-fun, though. Over all, I would say 4.5 out of 5. Bravo, garin. You've outdone yourself this time.
Not once did I think to myself, "This might help me get a good rating in a zombie text adventure game. I'll keep reading." when I was reading the Zombie Survival Guide. Thank god I finished it!
Great game. I've been searching for a game that combined exploration, leveling, armors and weapons perfectly, and this game is it. Its not hard to get used too, either. The gameplay just flows, so I know exactly what to do. The combat is easy, and none of the enemies are so difficult that it makes me want to quit the game. I also really like the respawn feature. Glad I don't have to restart the game every time I loose. Great game, keep the updates and add-ons coming!
"Who are you, an assasin? I don't care, get me something to eat." You know that the guy is a professional when he says something along the lines of this.
"Hmmmm..... this fire hose rope looks safe. I mean, I did disable that alarm by hitting it with a flashlight. I'll go for it." But in all seriousness, good game, 5/5.
"Okay, we brought a T-Rex back to life. Now what?"
"Oooohhhh!!! Lets put him on a huge-ass treadmill, put lasers at both ends, roll mini-suns at him, and spin a wheel that'll decide his fate!!!"
"Genuis!"
I think that after you discover somewhere, (forest, beach, etc.) that every time you discover it again, the thing that lets you get more energy back per rest goes up by 5
Saving that for the 1000 achievement!
