For those having trouble on level 1. The game is actually a slow-time shooter. The more you press your arrow/direction keys the faster time goes. So you want to punch the guy grab the gun. Then aim and shoot and tap your arrow keys once or twice once in a while to keep time moving at a semi slow pace.
