I said a lot of things I've never said before and hope to never say again while playing this game. Screw you and screw Kongregate for giving badges to this festering turd.

Adventure mode is crap. Thanks for tying the special event directly to it.

There are a lot of "idle" games out there, but as far as I know, this is the only game with an overabundance of "idle" mechanics yet which actively discourages idle play with spontaneous timed CAPTCHA requirements. For the first time in my entire life, a game is actively trying to punish me for using the toilet. And you thought this was such a fabulous idea that you copy-pasted the same game and released it again twice? Amazing.

Is there any particular reason (besides bad game design) that I can use a steel axe to cut Lv. 1 wood, but can't use a steel fishing rod at Lv. 1 fishing spots?

This game is defined, above all else, by tedium. Everything is automated so as to be boring, so instead 99% of the challenge comes from the game seemingly deliberately making it as confusing as possible; laying out maps that look like they were designed by Jackson Pollock and not telling you where the one thing you're looking for is on them, and linking skills to each other in ways in which the game refuses to elaborate. The breaking point for me was the fungiculture quests, which were available right from the beginning, even though, according to the Wiki, "You can only do it on sawdust, which you can only lay on your own island after you buy it for 35K, and only after you've unlocked the dungeon with lv. 30 carpentry (which, by the way, you can also only begin to start leveling up after unlocking the island)." And again, this is something it presented as an entry level quest.

I finally gave up on this game when I saw a pile of corpses all identified as having "died of hunger" on the same road as a berry picker, a grain farm, a fishery AND the food market all at once. If 99% of the challenge of your game is that the A.I. are braindead, it's not ready to be released yet.

My first snag occurred when the game decided to put a goal prompt up on the screen with no apparent way to get rid of it right on top of where I had intended to build a road to the woodcutter. Screwing up that badly takes either a lot of dedication to screwing up, or an extreme lack of F.T.G.

When I defeated the Lv. 20 Kadavar and earned the impossible badge, I did so with the following: CPG [Ghost] Mk.IV Grinder Mk.III Gecko helmet Mk.III The Iron Clot Mk.III Cast Iron gloves Mk.III Dead Man's Claw Cast-Iron Shell Mk.III Cast Iron Boots Mk.III Orderly's first aid kit (X2) Spores Rat skin (Level 3) All damage, health and accuracy stats maxed Lv. 16 cone attack, Lv. 14 target shot All research unlocked except for Military Training 2, and all maxed out except for Stun resistance and Crit damage reduction

If you're still considering new features, please consider letting us craft or use items in bulk instead of rapid-fire clicking on the mouse. A lot of the quests have put me in the habit of hording resources just in case the next one requires me to exchange them in bulk. Which wouldn't be nearly as much of a problem if, once the food started to run low, I could just enter the number of bean stews I want to craft or mussels I want to redeem instead of clicking one at a time.

This game really seems to hate when I boil eggs. Which is a real pisser, because a current quest wants me to do it three hundred times.

I bought two of the "item_4452_name" and had them both on display on my island. They are both now gone, along with the reputation and energy boost, and it appears that my rubies have been refunded as well. Oh well. I figured it wouldn't last.

You had my attention until you went from "swan" to "brontosaurus". Which were apparently going to be kept enclosed by the exact same fence.

Is there any chance, in Simple Routine 3, that you could change "collect berries and mushrooms" to "SUBMIT" berries and mushrooms? I can't be the only one who collected them all right away because he needed room to put stuff, and they don't appear to be growing back in other places like they do on the main island. No quest should be impossible to complete just because you did something out of order, ESPECIALLY a supposedly "simple" route.

@archerbob. That's the most realistic thing about this game. If I could write parking tickets at work, it would more than triple my income.
The thing that seems to most affect my income (at least during active gameplay) is the parking lot, which is at full capacity even with 210 spots and barely any investment into the "attract visitors" stat. So I base the rest of my strategy on getting everyone in and out as fast as possible. What I see instead is people walking by ticket booths that have no lines whatsoever and all getting in line at ticket booth #8, AKA the one with the longest wait times because it costs the most to upgrade.

Kongregate, this is the worst game you've badged yet. Few games manage to balance being monotonous with being unrelenting, but this one somehow manages it. Screw this game, screw the badges, and screw you for making this a BOTD.

If you're still making changes, please considering one of two things: #1: Allowing players to relocate crop squares, or #2: Assign a one-size-fits-all "harvest crops" command. When two players harvest the same tree or feed the same animal, I can just accept the help of one, then put another one in the same position before accepting the help of the other. But if two people harvest the same wheat field, my options are to either decline the help or hope it doesn't get reset in the 24h it takes to grow another one. It'd be a lot less annoying if I could just accept one help to harvest the wheat, then dig another field, plant a radish and wait five minutes to accept the other help.

"Best of 2019" my ass! This thing tested my patience to its limits -- way too boring, convoluted and self-indulgent for me to be interested in the plot, and way too stretched out with pointless filler for me to possibly slog through it. I finally lost patience after the SECOND time our protagonist woke up and started going about their whimsical day to day. It's not meta -- it's head-up-the-ass self-indulgent.

@Arus51: They're in the collections -- the little butterfly icon under your profile picture.
@bakkart: Twenty people crowded around the same five crop squares is a little bit more than "mistakes". Whenever I go to other peoples' islands, I see yellow auras all over the place and the person's avatar standing right next to the first thing they did. So if your avatar is standing in the exact same place as someone else, I know for a fact that at least one of you went "Screw you! You can't tell me what to do -- I'm a big boy now!" And no, I will NOT ever accept that people have no control over whether or not they are trolls.
