Were you trying to play SAS4 while not logged into your Kong account when this black screen happened? There is an issue right now where the guest feature (playing SAS4 while not logged into your Kong account) presents the user with the blackscreen. Although when you are logged in there shouldn't be any issues, at least that we know about. Would definitely be interesting to know if this black screen happened when you were logged in! Thanks
