I had a lot of fun with the game on normal mode. But when I got to hard mode, it wasn't as engaging. Not being able to remove guys wasn't a very interesting or engaging challenge. I ended up stopping because it became a chore rather than a fun exercise. I would prefer a mode that gave you fewer, more strict clues instead.
Awful, awful game. Maybe if I was incentivised to do story before the impossible 3-hit badge I might have had fun. That mode is stupid. You block slower, die in one hit, hit slower, and the opponent blocks everything and mashed two stars every time you get knocked down. It's literally quicker to reload the game, watch the intro and start over than to try again after taking the first hit, because they will have full super and you won't be able to beat it, and it takes so long you are better off restarting.
Awful game, don't play, don't bother to get the badges. Game is poorly designed, avoid anything these people make in the future, they clearly can't design a game to save their life.
Game Design 101. Good level design is NOT copying the same stage over and over and over while only changing the enemies. Original mode is so awful I don't even want to try Insane. Will it be the same room repeated 50 times?
1/5 Even with 2x boost I can't get up the first hill in the game. Wtf? Why is there no instructions in the game? Took me 5 minutes just to figure out how boos worked.
Candidate for one of the worst games I have ever played. Obviously made to cash in on the "What does this button do?" Ipad crowd.
The game feels like the equivilent of a participation ribbon. You get it just for showing up. The challenge is low, and the strategy is even lower. There are no limitation, no punishment for failure, or incentive to work harder.
Every level feels the same and the challenge in getting through the game is putting up with the simplicity and lack of thought required.
I HATED the controls so much because they ruined the game. Who decided that it was fun to jump with your PINKY?
Kept rocketing when trying to fire.
Beat everything, no badges. Seems like a common problem.
Slippery controls make this extremely frustrating. I find my self upset whenever I upgrade my running skill because it makes the already easily overshot platforms even harder to make.
Aside from that, I am enjoying it.
Why is the left hand thing on the bottom right? That's backwards and annoying. I keep using my left hand to steady the platform, and my right to move. I'm just about through w/ this poorly designed game.
It is very annoying to see "WRONG" every time you make a mistake.
Often I test the machine just to see what it does. Why does it have to yell WRONG why can't it just reset?
