**Observations for Dev:
1) The price to open new markets and workshops escalate too quickly, making it too expensive way too fast into the game to make new investments. For me it doesn't make sense that the prices depend on how many properties you have; in my opinion it should be a fixed price and should depend more on the amount of population in a given city.
2) I don't remember having been warned about markets refreshing once per 24hrs. Think it should be incorporate into a dialogue with "Uncle Owen" so we have a heads up. I was about to quit the game not knowing there was refreshes until I learned it here from others' post.
