My name is Kevin Flynn, a young and gifted programmer who once worked for the software mega-corporation ENCOM. After having my work stolen from me by Ed Dillinger, I have made many attempts to break into the ENCOM mainframe and find the evidence I need to prove Dillinger’s wrongdoing. As a result the Master Control Program (MCP) has digitized me into the world inside the computer where I am forced to play games till I die.
