qbout pre-civilization, your strentgh level doesnt affect how good you are at fighting, just how often fights and other such events come up. you just have to pick the best option according to the info that was given to you. for example, if you are attacked by an army who’s leader has low “cunning” you should try and cheat them instead of fight.
