Well, Ive chosen Tietze's Syndrome everytime the chest pain thing comes up and am always right...
I agree with kersius, Ive gotten that a couple times where its just chest pains and nothing else, or maybe they were a smoker.. at that point, you have about 5 different diseases or more to choose from depending on how far you are...
