What is with games having superhero in the title that have nothing to do with superheroes? :(
It's not about superheroes, it's not epic, it's not even really a battle.
Why not just say that your game is a demolition derby?
I object to the deceptive costume picture used in the email update, which led me to think this would be a superhero game. :(
But then the game was fun on its own merits.
Out of curiosity, why does the Draft interface not have slots like the Megabrawl did (and Brawl may also, I haven't tried it), so you can see who's joined up?
I'm rather curious if this matching flipping back and forth between waiting on 1 or 2 players is one person cancelling and retrying...
I really should remember to try a draft. Next time I have enough bucks, I must remember to stop myself from tearing open a new Glory Pack straight away and wait until I have enough for two more.
Probably the worst sniper game I've played on Kongregate. Which is a shame, as I really like the addition of accessories like the sling and bipod. What lets it down is poor control sensitivity and an unintuitive interface.
Most frustrating is that it suddenly dumped me back to the main menu during Mission 5 and lost all my progress. Not cool.
Your music is quite good, although it doesn't seem to go with the rest of the theme and loops badly. Currently your soundtrack is your best feature.
I'm not sure what else to tell you that you can't already figure out for yourself (very basic graphics, lack of sound, no sense of weight to any of the objects, etc.)
Freedomh, "What kind of hero will you become?" doesn't at all imply you have the option of choosing evil. Heroes aren't evil. You get to choose what kind of hero you become (which is, here, a strategic choice, not a moral one).
Tactically I find this quite enjoyable, but it does seem a shame that this rests on the Energy model. I also wish there was equipment that was actually achievable without having to pay. It wouldn't have to do very much in order to entice with the idea. As it is, it's just a part of the game that practically doesn't exist. A pity.
The badge system is clever, but it just feels like one spends levels not actually ... levelling up? It's three more levels before I can actually buy this next badge because I only get two skill points a level.
Or merge Regenerate and Defense. That would make them much more worth doing, compared to attacks.
I also rather wish that you didn't rush forward to use Gun, Defense and Regenerate. What the hell is that about?
I'm okay with combo attacks not carrying over if you defeat an enemy mid-combo, but I do wish they still counted for your Skill bar.
Defense does seem underpowered compared to other things, maybe either make them wild or make them add a bonus to your Tech Points?
