For the arrow keys problem, I found that when I didn't use my google chrome, it worked fine. But when I used google chrome, the arrow keys didn't work.
1st try i got 90 something then 2nd try i got 103 except that I was logged in as my brother's profile!!! Then i logged into mine, 1st try was 99, second try was 90 something again, and finally 3rd try was 113, better than the one I got for my bro.
