No game should ever have to suffer from poor administration. A single person in charge of handling a political simulator with over 400,000 plays is not a remotely responsible choice. Especially considering how much a failure the current one is.

If you're just reporting this as hate speech, it's gray area. Sure, most people using the word are probably doing so inappropriately, but I do have to account for the fact that it's not a term that's found to be offensive in an absolute sense due to differing contextual uses.
