Thats not a bug... You have to wait for the camera to catch up with the mouse (1 sec. delay)...

Some of those "Hits" aren't bugs you need to upgrade your sniper. For example Level 6.. You must upgrade to a different sniper so you can hit them.

Awesome Game!!!!! I really liked the ending :p

The vending machine is fine. Remember, Think Out-side the box. And never foget your only looking at it "One Way".
