You know what would be cool? If not only you could travel across many different lands, but across many different planets, solar systems, galaxies, etc.
Guys if you like this game but hate the pay to win system, definitely take a look at the Steam version of Shellshock Live! It has all the features of this game, plus better visuals, new features, weapons, and gamemodes! And you get EVERYTHING for only a ONE-TIME payment of (I think) 7 bucks. You could spend hundreds of dollars on SSL 2 when you could just get everything you want and more for 7 dollars for the Steam version! This ain't no robot talking, falsely advertising some fake bullcrap. This is a dude who has played SSL Steam for a year and watched it grow and evolve, watched it climb from near-death with hardly any players online, to fame and success, with at least a thousand or so players online at any given moment. The game is still changing and being updated regularly by kChamp. There might not be veteran rewards yet, but trust me it is SO worth it. It's a fantastic game so far with lots of room to grow. I definitely recommend giving this game a try.
@FluffyJay1 No need to overcomplicate things and inform us of things most of us don't really care about. As for myself, I think it would be pretty interesting if there was some land formation that made the map fail the vertical line test. I don't really see why failed line tests should hinder the enjoyment of a simple flash game.
Wow! A developer that responds to every comment and takes user's feedback into account? Something that a certain other game and developer has been lacking.
I hope for kChamp's sake that isn't true. Otherwise he's going to lose support for his games. Like I said, this game is getting boring. lol, just give it three more years, he'll finally respond.
The people rate down those sorts of comments because they've become annoyingly repetitive and obvious. We already know this is a good game. We just want to see something more useful. Like this: I'd love to see some new game modes, because the game's getting boring and I want to see something fresh and exciting, other than weapons or perks.
Wrong, every single player, including those prestige guys, have first started without really knowing what to do. You can ask people for help, and you can check out the ssl2 forums for tips and tricks, and you can try those out in the firing range.
Doesn't it seem strange that after each run, you return to where you started and find a giant sack of cash that came from God knows where which you're supposed to spend on upgrades that are somehow readily available. Aren't you all alone? Who are you giving the money to? If he's all alone, wouldn't it just seem more practical to install the upgrades for free and keep all the random sacks of money for when he finally escapes? Why question it? This game is fun as hell!
I like the idea to bring this game to steam. But I'm guessing this means I'll have to rebuy everything I've already bought and start back to level 1....
That's because other developers aren't as spicy....or horsey ;)
