How does it make sense that a destructive beam does not destroy everything in it's path? I should be destroying everything in the path of the beam, not just where my mouse is.
Hold keys fail on me pretty much all the time no matter what browser I play on, even if pressed on time. The few times it actually registers it it usually drops it halfway through the hold note.
I can't tell what skills I've maxed since if I try to level them past level 5 they'll just keep reappearing as options at level 5. Also black damage text is hard to read when there's swarms of black colored enemies and attacks.
In the hard mode boss, you should at least be able to attack the boss as soon as he does his special, where he's kneeling down with an opening. It's very unfair that all my hits miss when he does that and I end up getting countered as soon as his invincibility frames wear off.
Could use more songs, if you ask me. Hearing the same two songs being recycled again and again gets a bit dull. Could've gotten songs to be more tailored to each stage's theme.
Physics need much improvement. Jumping is frustrating, especially when you have to go cross portal and onto a new platform. At least lower the height of the platforms, I can't count how many times I've had to do a jumping section again and again because I keep dropping because I don't jump at literally the *last* moment. It's not challenging gameplay, it's just annoying.
I don't know if the option is available already (I've only just arrived at the final boss) but if it isn't, you should be allowed to carry on your clear game data onto a new game, so you can quickly pass the hard/epic difficulties to not have to waste too much time on the medals, should one not have chosen to immediately start on the harder difficulties. 'Cause I *really* want to see what that last secret area holds.
This is possibly the worst of the three, the controls were frustrating, the bosses had annoyingly tiny weak points your weapon was weak as hell, having to return to the machines to recharge your shield was a pain and took about the same amount of time as it did to simply die, making it pretty useless to recharge, the fact that most enemies could attack at a 360 degree angle while you can only shoot straight in front of you is a pain, and it only gets WORSE when you're trying to use the auto harpoon, especially to kill that damn fish boss. I expect much better.
I think the game branches out too simply. Basically you choose between either weapon, each gives you two location options, each place gives you the option to fight/woo, and then you'll either "win" or "lose" depending on the option you chose last.
