Higher difficulties are just luck based: if you got useless buildings next to you, there is no chance to win. Needed for victory: hosptial, bar/church, 2+ farms, apartments and many policestations. Otherwise you will be overrun in ~20 days :(.

@ninetythree If you zoom out, you can get higher, but not faster. It is still an advantage though. So with higher res + zoom out you fly very high.
