I can't tell whitch digit is 2 and whitch one is 1. The digits in this game are just so ugly can you fix them?

I equipped the speed upgrade and the damage one but I realized I don't need speed that much and I made a mistake and I want to replace speed with a better upgrade but I can't. Is the game glitched or something?
