There's a lot of flashing with turning and movement, which could set off epilepsy.
For the gameplay itself, I found this enjoyable. Unfortunately, the flashing started a migraine within about 10 minutes.
Ah, interesting and good to know. An earlier version actually had some camera motion so that would've been worse for you. I will pay attention to this issue in future versions.
I love this and the consistent updates have been great.
I would like to see the requirements to travel tweaked. I always seem to get stuck on the Nest requirements because their resource needs scale so much more steeply than other resources. I'm on day 5 of a level 100 world and had all other resources except nests on the first day, but am just now passing 10% of the needed Nests.
I wish I could like this game. There are some things I really like about it, the puzzles are nicely designed, the overall feel is good. Unfortunately, the interface makes much of it unplayable. It took a couple of minutes and looking at the comments to realize that the game was actually working how it was supposed to and not locked up, as there was no visual cue to finding the first puzzle. The puzzle interfaces are inconsistent (good example is the wheel turning puzzle, which I still don't know what determines if a piece moves clockwise or widdershins). Clean up the interface and add some more visual cues and I'd give this a solid 4.
Cute game. Puzzles had some logical leaps that seemed a bit of a stretch, but not too bad. Some quality of life improvements needed, such as better indications of directions to leave the screen.
Cute game. Like the upgrade menu, a nice way to represent it. Once I unlocked the last Speed upgrade from the boss, I had to stop playing as the movement was making me nauseated. I'm epileptic, so this is a not-uncommon problem with Unity games, but there are ways to work around it :-)
The lack of friendly fire is disappointing. It would add a nice strategy element to be able to position yourself with another ship (perhaps disabled) between you and a third attacking ship.
