How I beat Entity: Max out reflective shield and bounce his "balls" back at him... Use EMP missles to give break to regather yourself when he is unable to fire at you...of course I used a few replenish items as well, but not many. That is about it. I didn't try to take out the side guys either, I just fired at the center most of the time.
