I really like this... the play is pretty smooth and crisp. I can imagine this is what the makers of Syndicate imagined for their game way-back when...
My (very small) gripes is, firstly, with the projection... it's difficult to see whether your trooper is actually behind cover in some circumstances. An ability to rotate the viewpoint (or transparent walls) should fix this. Also, the AI do seem to take the death of their comrades far too well.
I like the idea that you want the class-system to be flexible. In my opinion, people are too emotionally attached to them anyway.
