If this is a school project, great work! If this is made by adults... Well, there is so many basic UI things that are just wrong. Not mention disbalance here and there. Lack of randomness. I am not sure if I am supposed to play the game or to keep buying it so I could play.

I keep clicking on those prestige "buttons" with numbers (price) every time I open the layer for the first time. The layer disappears and I realise "Wait they only look like buttons, I actually have to click on image above them to purchase an upgrade."
I do not like games that give AI advantage of processing more tasks (selecting / commanding units) at once just because of really bad UI (actually there is none). There is plenty of 2D versions of this game - and they are quite better.
Idea for game improvement: It might be useful to be able to automatically transform (at least portion) of science to something else (gold, piety, ...) when everything has been researched.
If you have problem with game content constantly shifted, for example because of Culture gain (shorter text that misses zero at the end, every 10th tick), you can completely prevent it if you remove the element from page by right-clicking on Culture at the top and pushing "delete" on your keyboard. If something else is accidentally removed, don't panic and just hit the save button and reload page.
... So I bought upgrade to shoot 2 projectiles at the same time for 5 points and guess what, even 3 enemies at the very beginning made it through this time!
If you have more actions available, it is possible to keep rest-like action (for example "commune") going all the time. Such action has to be before the last action. If "commune" is the last action, it will stop when you are fully rested.
I do not like the "ease-out" animation for units to take action. I would prefer linear one (or maybe "ease-in"). Imagine you are about to swing a weapon (let's say an axe while chopping down a tree). Would it be your movement slower the closer the axe is approaching the tree?
Heavily bugged. Game crashes regularly. Slow loading. Slow reactions on user actions. Objects are often not shown on the map. Top of that there is not much strategy in the game. Instead of any planning there is an item for everything. You can even relocate your castle, attack somebody and relocate back to your previous location. Because of that people do not value their neighbours and shift between guilds all the time. Chat is mess. Even insults are common (guess who bullies are).
