I think a skill that give you a certain percentage to summon a bigger/stronger unit (just like the enemies) would be cool.

Great game! I did find a small glitch. If you try to evac a unit right before the Mission Complete screen, the game will stop. It doesn't freeze but just completely stops the game. I had to pause and go to the menu to continue.
