The worse is definately Amaya as Silverwolf said because i would say all t he same as him and including he has a good attack if he needs to go into far range which is Ninja-Port.
The best I would say is Phoebe as her power lash does alot of damage from far and only costs 55 including she has rapid lash and also breaking lash or something with decreases hit ratio.
