For the Joker use horses and balista and for the Red devil you want to use golems and war elephants. The main thing is to never stop attacking and using Lex Paladian the default seems to be the best choice.

3 lives is good i think it would also be good if the stuff lit up when you hit it and try to work on the graphics a bit more sounds would be nice.
