By reading comments, it seems this game is stuck on this state forever (in this site). Knowing Kongregate's current state, then I'm sure those updates will never reach this place.
Just from testing this out for several minutes, I can tell this is WAY better than Crush Crush in terms of quality. The mechanics are the same, it is inspired by Crush Crush after all, but the art here looks way better than Crush Crush (and that's big coming from me, who heavily prefers female characters over male characters in general). It also has some voiced lines, something which Crush Crush doesn't have at all.
The collision inside the station is funny. I decided to load my save, not go through the door leading outside, and realized I can go through the wall. Maybe it's on purpose though.
"You are win." I appreciate the reference to funny mistranslations in retro games :) . After all, all your base are belong to us. For great justice. (And Big Rigs too, I suppose, where it says "YOU'RE WINNER !")
Finished the orbs at 325569 HP, 394978 DMG, 135798 armor, and 360 ATK SPD :) Still have some skills locked, but honestly, does anyone actually use fireball skill?
There'd be times I randomly remember this game exists, and then I'd play it for an hour or so. The game has a mysterious charm to it, but I can't exactly describe what it is. Something with how simple, yet interesting the game mechanics are is part of that charm. It never gets to the point where it's so difficult that it gets frustrating, yet clearing an area still gives satisfaction. The skills are also fun to experiment with.
Hey, time travel is not only necessary in this game, it's also so FUN for no reason. I just jumped a single year and it was already so satisfying seeing tons of achievements and unlocks at the top left of my screen.
I wonder how money and the economy in the Crush Crush universe works, considering the fact a cake is 6 mil. (that's one golden cake right there) and 2 tickets for the movies are 1 mil. A cake and a movie is way cheaper than a sightseeing trip. That's whack.
Idk how effective this is, but imo if you're a busy person, getting Cassie to Crush and Mio to Friendzoned each reset would be good enough to hoard that reset boost since they both don't require too much game money and switching of hobbies and jobs. Optimize the progress you get with the other girls you unlock too. Barely have any time? An alternative is to get Cassie to Awkward Besties and Mio at Acquaintance, then reset. If you need to stop playing for the day, make sure it's at a point you earn a decent amount of money, and can have a few hobbies active. Other comments are probably more helpful than this one, though.
So this still exists huh. Amazing, I like it. The way this makes my laptop heat up so much that I can probably fry an egg on it is everything I need in my life though.
Me: *buys all potions at floor 99 for the boss fight*
Me: *uses one potion to restore my hp left from floor 98*
Boss: *dies in 7 seconds*
Me: Well that was a waste of money
Haha woah that's great timing! I'm glad you're happy about the update!
