the rockets chasing after the ghosts after you've blown up their bombs is rather annoying, it should recognize it as a non-threat and go after a different target.
I like where this game could go, great potential. I agree with some of the previous comments: tool tip at the beginning to describe the stats when you create your character. An option to prioritize stats (or manually place stats) when you level up. Autosave/Save button. Some way to increase material gain outside of the shop (mines, forestry, etc.). Have the buttons highlight on rollover/click in menus. Tool tips for upgrades/crafting (showing what effects happen, tool tip on claim for how much you have/will earn. All in all making it easier to understand what each function is as you progress.
Nice game so far, the upgrades suggested by others are much similar to mine: buildings, upgraded buildings each achievement, stats, profit/loss statistic, etc. I would also like to point out that there is a "catch" in the Upgrades and Managers sections where it doesn't load all the options until you try to scroll, as well as the scroll bar is 'jumpy' as you scroll through both windows.
