@Izmejojo: At the moment are most of the mages easy to beat for me. I don't know wich class you play (I'm a warrior) and how far you played. The mages deal a lot of damage compared to warriors and archers, thats right, but they have not as much live as the other classes and the hit chance is higher for your hero. when i fight them, they don't often heal more than the damage of a single hit of me. Maybe you don't have a good equipment or you just go in dungeons that are too hard for you. I sugest that you increase you magic defence skills etc by fighting lots of low level mages with light attack.
I love this game. the story is simple but great and its so fanny that you just go to get some water and then your wife is kidnapped by a dragon. after that I REALLY wanted to free the wife of the little hero and thats what the game makes addicting. the graphics are nice too and there are many funny eastereggs. It's a great game and I have every week a look on the facebook site of the developer to see when part 2 is out. 5/5
I love this game. The idea of a normal world and a dream world is great. I also like how your skills get stronger over time when you use it often. The design of the towns and your gear is nice, too. The fact that there are areas that you can only enter after you have e.g. the fire scroll to burn a tree is nothing new but very great, too. I'm playing for hours now and I enjoy every second.
My solution for the "I'm stuck in a tree after dying in endless battle arena in dream mode"-problem: just press E, then you aren't in dream mode anymore. when I tried it, it worked. hope i could help you.

nice game. some puzzles were easy, some were a challenge. the weapon lab and the activating of the self destruction were a little bit too easy in my opinion, exspecially on the stage with the command computer i expected more rooms and puzzles. but all in all a nice little game. sugestion for part two: make some robot guards that you have to deactivate or something. its a little bit strange that theres no robot guarding a robo lab and an robot army commander xD 4/5
it needs a save function. if you want to make a sequel, ad more looks for the charakters, more options to do ( in this game you just go work every day in the pizza restaurant, buy new equipment if you have enough money and play all 5 days a concert, it gets boring after a while.) and actions wich keep the game interesting. 3/5
There are enough button games. You wasted your time by programming this. Due to the fact that there are about 1000 other button games I cant give you a good rating. nevertheless I wish you good success for your next projects.
the harvesting system is annoying. sometimes the soldiers continue harvesting when enemies are in their range and sometimes they don't start harvesting again after the wave.
@TrevorOreius I've read that hands of war 2 shall be finished in the beginning of 2011. Or du you mean ShadowReign? I think its made by the same programmer and plays after Hands of War.
In the beginning collecting the money is a bit annoying but after you upgrade it its okay. The graphics are nice and the different abilities of the enemies are good too. the mage that teleports away is a very good idea. 4/5
lvl 7 is realy hard without country borders. one time i had great luck because there were 3 towns in germany in a row and i'm living in germany. for me europe is easy but afrika and asia is hard and i have some problems with south america, north america is hard, too, if the town isn't so well known. how many towns do you need for a strike?
