You really shouldn't share the chaotic power bar with the bosses considering their attacks don't contribute to filling up the bar....
Its the boss mechanic, and by the way, why you would want him to charge the bar, he will use it more often against you :P

my computer is stupid as heck it won't let me walk if i move the damn thing makes me keep moving until it stops at one side of the wall and i get stuck there for the rest of the game
