The game definitely lack something. I have to agree with most people that you can get to level 100 fairly easily in 1 round with very little effort / time. You start the 2nd round to realize there really isn't anything more to the game. The only way to level up passed level 110 is via investments and not via completing quests... Also true for Suicidal's comment regarding recruits.
