Looks good so far, played about 8 missions in, like smooth troop control and progression.

Thanks! Try to pass other missions, they are cool! :-)

Hot keys would be nice, as well as the ability to delete characters. Also seems to be a problem with creating a new character, the communication (chat) screen covers the exit/ enter buttons and you are stuck without reloading the page.

To much lag. I know it is to be expected with the beta version of a game but it is so erratic and heavy as to prevent legitimate playtesting. How can I tell what is a bug when half my button clicks don't register and the other half seem to stack and try to perform their function all at once. My opinion is this game is still a very basic alpha labeled as a beta. Pull, address some of your lag issues, and resubmit.
We just deployed a new version, please test again. The lags should now be gone or just minor. Also if you are from the american continent please try the american server. Due to a bug you were prompted the EU server when starting the game instead of pre selecting the best server for you. This might also have caused some of the lag issues you mentioned.

Also, mission text being repeated with every new log in is a little annoying for those of us who log in multiple times a day. Perhaps a check box with a "do not show again" option?
TimotheL, great suggestion! We'll see what we can do, but I do like the "do not show again" option.
I lost an item. Here's how: I was going through, gladiator by gladiator, and upgrading their equipment. I decided to purchase an iron spatha, since I had previously been awarded one for a mission reward, and it was a significant increase for me over the bronze. However when I purchased it the "number owned" flash that pops up said one. I went to equip the item on my chosen gladiator and it was not in the inventory. Theory: rewarded items are not triggering whatever count is set through the inventory system, therefore you have to purchase an item already one for the system to recognize adding another to the inventory while mission rewards are handled by a different function adding directly to the inventory. Of course this is all just user-end speculation...

Progress between the missions and the tutorial layovers does not always line up properly leading to portions of unplayability. This requires users to reload and await the completion of a several hour timer to attempt to proceed. This will kill your player base who are looking for a quick turn around in their games. A few of them might come back after they know that timer is up, but not all of them.
Thanks, TimotheL. In which tutorial portion did the layover not align properly?
