It would be nice if you get a notification when you can't get a brilliant score anymore, since sometimes it's hard to see if an enemy has touched a gem or not.

Argh I saved the game after every wave last night. Eventually at wave 40 I shut down my laptop (after saving) and now my progress is gone.. :(
