@MrXero, Quill's Like Trait is Lucky, which means you need to unlock the Sky Diving hobby. Work on Elle a bit and you'll unlock the last few missing hobbies, then every girl's affection meter will increase on its own once you unlock their first cut scene by clicking on them for the first time each.
