This is like the sort of game that prisoners should have to complete every time they need something to eat. This is the very definition of hell in game form and I have no idea why I subjected myself to this torture, lmfao! Still a great challenge even if it is... beyond infuriating.
This is a neat, addicting game. There is a vital problem I see with it though... it seems that the more times you die, the more difficult it gets. I got to the point where I got to 10 points and couldn't possibly get any further because 90% of the floor has disappeared. Then when I refreshed, I was able to get 85 points. Also, what I'd like to see is for the level design to change for each level. I think it would be a pretty cool feature rather than seeing the same background constantly and not feeling much progress. Also, the virus looking increasingly menacing each level would be cool. The multiplayer potential for this game is... well... it would be pretty damn incredibly fun, I think. Very good work for a mere 72 hours!
Hi TooTsaka, thanks to your comment I found a bug in my code that does not reset the difficulty when you die. Will fix this in the next update. As a workaround, you could refresh the page and the difficulty will be reset.
Bahaha, I was bound to get dislikes on my comment for no reason. I'm baffled why there was a trollface on the card. I find it humorous and quite disgusting at the same time as it simply ruins the artwork which was maintained. :/
@luigifanboy64 Lol, that's actually an amusing idea. :P Could craft two boots out of it in reality, since the magma will cool to form 'land' and the water will evaporate into the air. Thus forming boots of land walking and boots of air walking. I'd do it. :P
I could do with the ass-raping cards that the Angry Battle Mage has in zone 3. I'll forgive this, though. I had problems with zone 2 which eventually became easy. The amount of damage they do is insane. O_o
@GodzillaSr I'd say buff and criticals. It does seem ridiculous. If there's anything that seems beyond baffling, like how I feel at times, check the log on the right and just keep track with what's going on.
I like to keep my sound on for that dark, ominous 'BOOM' when it's my turn again. Then after all that, there's the tinkle of coins. Massive shift of mood there. :P
Plague Demon really does get on my nerves. Second time today I got caught out with the last card of the opponent having Plague Demon. Finished off with -1, -9 and -2. It was simple luck that it only affected magic and I was eventually able to defeat it - but still, this is absurdly unfair.
@mbomb007 It doesn't excuse the fact it's ridiculous that the same card which removes vital stats were played again and again to the point I simply can't do anything. Surely a card like that should only be played once.
Bound to have someone disliking my previous comment merely because it's something negative. Do you even know how annoying it is to have incredibly important stats being sapped relentlessly to the point that I'm merely a fly being brutally squashed? The fact I ought to have won that round and at the last hurdle, I come across Plague Demon again and again and again and AGAIN. I really don't think you know just how annoying that is...
Can you stop allowing demons in the second area to get their cards back all the goddamn time? Seriously, I was almost about to demolish one until they had only one Plague Demon in their library which was constantly spammed for the fact it's the only card in there. How the hell do they get it back? I don't see any buffs that allow them to get the goddamn card back.
