I can`t logg in to Let`s Fish why

I still can not get into my backpack, and do not switch to Float Rod. I have written to support 2 times but it does not seem to help. Please can you fix the error for it can not play properly without Float Rod

Prize Maxhine, Backpack and Float Rod still does not work in Let`s Fish. Would be grateful if you could correct it as soon as possible. It has been like this for almost a whole week. Can not play the game without these features.
