NO! Artillery is your friend, not your enemy. Only reason it did this is because your trench was above the ‘Battle Paused’ marker. Keep it below that and it shouldn’t happen again.

Yeah, I’ve been reading into the wiki recently and found out about that. Been doing better recently. Still annoys me when my high ranked units get gibbed, but random happens.
