Impetus only takes the initial distance from the tower to the first enemy it hits into account. But it sounds like this could be an interesting effect if the distance adds up for each enemy the missile jumps to. I might consider to add this if it is not too powerful in the early game. :)
Despite what everyone seems to think, I'm finding you can strategize, rather then just spam. The small map and set tiles means you have to position your units so that you can surround enemies who try to attack. I find it successful and mean I don't need to spam armies.
I hope, if there is ever a Learn to Fly 4, that it combines the gliding of LTF2 with the strategy of builds in LTF3. Maybe you will be flying around destroying snow meteorites (I guess that would just be a comet) DEATH TO THE SNOW.
