Also, side quests don't refresh unless you refresh page or go back to the main menu to continue. Developer response from artlogicgames Levelling up your monster. The Grinns Tale	Sep. 17, 2012 Rating: 1 Most higher rank of buildings come from finishing floors. Finishing floors also have a chance to drop a random building artifact, such as Floor 11 may drop your weapon shop. The only buildings that don't need an artifact for upgrade are lumber/mines (I think, I have lvl 4 Lumber)
