Just noticed with v2.2.0.5, when you toggle the UI and click on a flame or frost orb, there is a black, empty tooltip that spawns and persists when you toggle the UI back...
This game seems ok at first sight, but look closely and you'll find very annoying bugs that ruin the experience :
- the spinning wheel can gets stuck and you lose your spins for nothing,
- the cue can stop responding for several turns, forcing you to watch helplessly as your opponent finishes the game, very frustrating during tournaments
- controls are far from smooth, making it hard to aim
- the resolution is low, it can be hard to distinguish balls or to see where the visor is pointing
- that game has poor physics, which makes it more luck-based than skill based
- balls get sucked in pots even though they were going to stop before or jump over
- consequently, it's nigh impossible to remove a ball that's blocking a pot by hitting it very hard, while it's quite easy on a real table.
My blue setup that won every challenge hands-down:
3 X9 Destroyer
5 Enkor Bot
5 Sniper Bot
5 S5 Sentry
4 Shield Wall
3 Hive Mind
5 Chekov's Railgun
Raise your power to 7, use cards in order (sniper, wall, sentry, railgun, destroyer) so you can play each turn. Drop a few hive minds when you can, and deal consistent damage each turn. Keep a sniper to snipe the 1-str creatures (you can still attack with it). You have enough cards to hold the fight on the long run and enough firepower to deal with the best opponents regardless of their decks.
So I was at level 92, all fine with my uber titanium armor, picking fights to save HP, until the game lags and the char goes straight into a golem who kills me. Back to level 1 with no stuff after a few hours of play time, how frustrating :S
