What do the bronze and silver I's mean on the enemies?

So I just had an undead creature reanimate after I killed him while he was PETRIFIED! Is this part of the design? I thought petrify cancels all the target cards abilities

Who do you contact about not receiving a daily "event" reward? I was supposed to receive 40 gold in the mail that did not show up. It's possible that my mailbox was full (5 pages). But I want my 40 gold... thanks!
